I am a Post Graduate from the University of Leeds, U.K and have completed my degree of Masters of Hospital Management in September 2008. I have ability to handle and guide the group independently and have the learning ability to work in an environment which ensures continuing professional development. I am trained in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Capable of using Epi and SPSS. Familiar with the basics of HTML. I am a proficient user of verbal and written English. Being a Health Professional I have an experience of three years of working in a health sector and have personally experienced the role of Management Policies and their impact on the performance of the employees working in the health sector. Due to continuous reforms in the health care sector it is mandatory to make certain changes in the way the health workforce is planned, managed and developed within national health systems. I have worked on a project at L.G.I Hospital, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, U.K. I had a chance to analyze the key issues in Resource management (Financial and Human), Performance Management and monitoring and Quality assurance. I prepared a report on the Discipline and Grievance Issues in the British Hospital. After analyzing the gaps in the practice, I made certain appreciable recommendations to improve the efficiency of current ‘Discipline and Grievance policy’. I gained the skills to develop hospital service and career plan. During the 1 year full time course I have learnt and analyzed various issues regarding Principles of Hospital Management, Health Economics and Financial Management and Quality Assurance. My dissertation was framed "Performance Appraisals". Presently I am working at St. James Hospital, Leeds, U.K as Knowledge and skills framework coordinator in H.R Department.
