I am a Nutritionist currently based in the UK. I qualified as a Dietitian & Nutritionist from India (Calcutta) and then went on to do a Masters in Food Science from Australia. I further trained as a Nutritional Therapist at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition, London and have been working in the nutrition field since 2000. Besides having my own Clinic for personal consultations, I work as a Nutrition Advisor in the Food Industry and provide Nutritional and Policy advise to food manufacturers. In addition I also answer customer queries on-line via "Ask the Nutritionist" column. I have also worked with other food companies as a technical consultant and advised them on marketing material besides writing Nutritional articles on their behalf. In addition I conduct Corporate Nutrition Days to promote Healthy Lifestyles and Diets to busy execs in various companies. I offer personal nutritional consultations to clients to improve their health status and alleviate their health problems via diet and supplements by working closely with homoeopaths, reflexologists, colonic hydrotherapists etc to complement nutrition therapy. I am looking to relocate to Bangalore shortly and am seeking jobs in the Food or Health Care industry.
