-Gather User requirements, Design and Develop Lotus Notes Workflow applications for web and client users
-Perform design changes to the existing applications
-Fix open issues in the existing applications
b. Perform Notes System Administration:
-Daily management of Lotus Domino / Notes Operational issues.
-Domino Server Monitoring, Maintenance and Housekeeping.
-Apply Domino Fix Packs
-Ensures Root Cause Analysis for all critical incidents and finds workarounds/solutions.
