1.Thorough knowledge of .Net technologies. C# and ASP.net knowledge is a necessity. Knowledge of AJAX/Javascript is desired.
2.Expertise in understanding requirements, problem solving, debugging and coding
3.Must have experienced at least three medium / big sized web application development cycles
4.Must have a passion for programming and web application development
5.Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 4 years of industry experience
6.Has to be a very strong team player.
7.Should be sensitive to delivery times, usability and graphic design requirements / standards that are very much part of a world class web application development team.
8.Must be keen on constant learning and continuous improvement
