~ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

~ Having a minimum of 2yrs experience in any international call center
~ Having a minimum of 1 yr experience in team handling
~ Basic Computer Knowledge (Ms-Office & Internet)
~ Experience in a job with customer interaction
~ Ability to communicate detailed information over the telephone in a professional manner
~ Ability to ask questions and to listen and react to the answers
