Required Technical Skills
• Strong Java/J2EE/JSP dev. Exp with VXML a plus
• Database - Oracle, SQL Server, [write stored procedures and optimized queries]
• Application Server - Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic or other
• Operating Systems - Solaris, Linux, Windows
• Documentation: Functional Specification Docs, Technical Specification's
• 2-3 years of application development experience, preferred in JSP/Java, VXML a plus
Preferred Experience
• IVR Development experience a plus - may have worked on any IVR platform like Avaya IR, AVP, IBM Websphere Voice Response/Direct talk.
• VXML & JSP development experiences in previous projects a plus.
• Exposure to Unix/Linux a plus
Other Skills
• Self starter, Driven & looking to move forward and grow with a star-up company
• Communication skills have to be EXCELLENT as it involves interacting with business users.
