Accountable for leadership relating to the human resources policy, process and services including compensation & benefits, organization development, selection & training, industrial relations in order to drive corporate profitability and business objectives and provide the Managing Director and Regional with accurate and timely information.
Typical Position Pre-requisites:
•University degree in Human Resources Management (MBA desirable)
•12 to 15 years human resources working experience in multinational companies environments
•Previous working experience in FMCG (marketing / sales) desired
•Effective communications skills
