Job duties and responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities and develop new business for the company, through conversion of internal leads and cold calling from databases and various trade publications.
• Schedule, organize, and prioritize work to meet both customer and company goals and deadlines.
• Develop immediate rapport with prospects and new clients.
• Develop scripting for outbound calls that will generate high close ratios and profitable new customers.
• Other duties will be assigned.
Requirements:
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proven track record of 3 years of 100% or better quota performance in selling to mid-size to large corporations and/or governments over telephone.
• Ability to use Skype. Microsoft Office or Open Office
• Have a computer connected to broadband internet and a headset.
• Team player, analytical, meticulous, highly motivated self-starter.
• Good to have skills:
• Ability to use CRM.
• Software sales experience.
• IT-Industry knowledge (information security industry would be big plus)
