Serves as Chief Operating Officer of the foundation: manages all aspects of the foundation including its activities and the relationships with staff, board and general body, donors, advisors, the general community, vendors and service people. Coordinates and administers the foundation’s policies as defined by the Core Group and the Executive Committee. Develops operating policies, systems and procedures, fundraises and writes proposals, implements and monitors the budget, oversees the writing of the annual plan and annual report and monitors the quality of the foundation’s products and services. Oversees the planning, design and construction of the foundation’s campus. Secures and protects the foundation’s assets, including facilities and equipment. |
