MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENTS
Available range of variety of material handling equipment includes– E.O.T. / H.O.T. Cranes, Goliath Cranes, Jib Cranes (both Pillar and Column Mounted), Wire Rope Electric Hoist etc are manufactured for all type of duty applications. Special purpose cranes such as Hydel Gate Hoists, Cane Unloaders (Electrical/ Hydraulic), Hydraulic Cranes, Hi-Lo Cane Unloader, Bagasse Reclaimer Crane with Scrapper Chain Conveyor, etc are highly energy efficient products strictly made for the required capacities.
SUGAR
Cane Handling and Feeding Arrangement:
Along with Cane Unloaders (Electrical/Hydraulic) and special purpose cranes mentioned above, Rachitech manufactures wide varieties of conveyors such as Main and Auxiliary Cane Carriers, Feeder Table, Rake type Cane Carrier for prepared cane. Bagasse elevators, Main and Return type conveyors with online removal of bagasse etc., are offered to suit the mill size and capacity. Conversion jobs of Hydraulic Grab and Trolley are also undertaken.
Cane Preparatory Devices:
On line preparatory rotating devices such as Cane Chopper/ Cutter/ Leveller having cane cutting knives are manufactured under close dimensional accuracy. Rachitech is a reputed brand for Heavy Duty Cane Fibrizor with swing hammer up to 15,000 TCD sugar plants.
Boiling House Equipments:
Rachitech specializes in the design and manufacturing of equipments like Evaporation Station (Multiple Effect), Juice Heaters and Vaccuum Pan Station. Other Equipments such as Continuous Pan, Hor. and Vert. Crystallizer, Receiving Hor. Crystallizer and Juice & Syrup Sulphitor are manufactured as per requirement.
CEMENT
Cement Plant Equipments:
The company is the key manufacturer of wide range of Cement Plant Equipments such as Pyrojet Clinker Burner with Carriage, Clinker Breaker, Screw Conveyor, Expansion Joints, Feeding Device, Dosing Valves, Material Inlet and Outlet & Seals as per requirement.
PRESSURE VESSELS AND HEAVY FABRICATION
Low pressure vessels such as Storage Vessels, Dearater Tanks, and headers are manufactured as per relevant codes. Heavy Fabrication of staging, columns etc. are also undertaken.
The company has an annual production capacity of more than 3000 MT of quality fabricated equipments and drilling capacity with 13 Nos. heavy duty Radial Drilling machines, is the only kind of workshop for drilling/ reaming tube sheets in close tolerance. For all types of Boring, VTL, Lathe, Planner, Milling M/c, Shaper jobs, the company has attached 40 Nos. fully developed machine workshops as vendors in the surrounding area. A wide range of welding facilities includes Arc welding transformers, rectifiers, MIG and TIG welding sets. A fully automatic PLC controlled MIG welding M/c – 600A, 24 Hr. duty has been installed with LPG heater bank for rollers/ shafts hard facing & profiling and other jobs requiring automated welding.
Highly skilled and experienced staff additionally supervised by stage wise inspection along with third party inspection agencies such as Lloyds, Bureauveritas, PPED, TPL, SGS, RITES etc. , helps in making products of highest quality. Close conformity with national and international standards is observed.
